Cape Agulhas

Cape Agulhas is the southernmost municipality in Africa. Its coastline is surrounded by the Atlantic and Indian oceans which meet at the most southern town in Africa, namely L’Agulhas

Struisbaai

Struisbaai and Agulhas is situated in the southernmost region of South Africa, where the Indian and Atlantic oceans meet and Struisbaai is situated just four kilometers from Cape L'Agulhus. The two towns can easily be mistaken as one.

De Hoop Nature Reserve

De Hoop is one of the largest natural areas managed by CapeNature. This beautiful reserve is a favourite for hikers, cyclists, and bird and whale watchers. The reserve, which is 34 000 hectares, is just three hours from Cape Town, in the Overberg.

De Mond Nature Reserve

De Mond is a beautiful coastal nature reserve at the mouth of the Heuningnes River. It lies about 26km south-east of Bredasdorp on the south-western Cape coast, between Arniston and Struisbaai and is a World Heritage Site.

Arniston

Witsand

Experience friendly village life that offers food for the soul and a place to simply relax and unwind. Situated at the mouth of the Breede River, Witsand offers 4km of white sandy beaches, surrounded by magnificent species of Cape Fynbos within this Cape Floral Region World Heritage Site.

Infanta

The little village of Infanta is one of several villages that lie on the banks of the Breede River as it flows from its source near Ceres.
